Account Login and Pay Online

SCWSD has partnered with Invoice Cloud to offer online bill payment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, Mastercard and Visa debit cards, and by electronic check. You can make a onetime payment or schedule recurring payments by enrolling in the Customer Dashboard.

To make a onetime payment on your account, click Onetime Payment.

To schedule recurring payments, to see your billing and payment history online, or to receive your utility bills electronically, click Customer Dashboard.  First time users will be required to create a user profile by clicking on "sign up now".

Note: if you are already enrolled in Soos Autopay, our automatic payment program, please contact us prior to scheduling recurring payments or making a onetime online payment.
