SCWSD has partnered with Invoice Cloud to offer online bill payment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, Mastercard and Visa debit cards, and by electronic check. You can make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments by enrolling in the Customer Dashboard.
Make a one-time payment on your account.
To schedule recurring payments, to see your billing and payment history online, or to receive your utility bills electronically, select Customer Dashboard. First-time users will be required to create a user profile by selecting "sign up now".
Note: If you are already enrolled in Soos Autopay, our automatic payment program, please contact us prior to scheduling recurring payments or making a one-time online payment.
