Please provide the following items when applying for your availability certificates:
- Completed application form (PDF)
- Copy of site plan, short plat or preliminary plat plans. Plan must include closest cross street and dimensions.
Email Application to the Development Department.
Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card (if paying at the District office).
- Please make check payable to Soos Creek Water and Sewer District
- In your checks memo line, note "Availability" and the property parcel number
- Include parcel number with any cash payments.

Please allow 10 business days to receive your Certificate of Availability by email.
