Kevin has over 30 years of financial management experience. With 30+ years of experience working in public service, including his tenure at the District as its Budget and Finance Director, he continues to contribute his expertise and commitment to ensuring a sustainable, efficient and effective utility through responsible policy-making decisions.
Kevin received his bachelor degree in accounting from Central Washington University and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is married and his wife is a small business owner in Black Diamond. They reside in Maple Valley and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
